Privacy Policy

This policy explains how NEXTAOI Inc. ("we") handles personal data collected through www.pixhardness.com and the PixHardness dealer application form.
1. Controller

2. Data we collect
- Dealer application: company details, the contact person's name, job title, business email, phone number and the answers given in the form.
- Software trial request: your email address and, if you enter them, your company and what you will measure.
- Email: the information you include when you write to us, such as your name, email address and attachments.
- Website: this website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Our hosting provider may process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
3. Why we use it
- To review dealer applications and tell applicants the result
- To send trial guidance and product updates to people who request the software trial
- To communicate with you about a dealer partnership or your inquiry
- To keep records of our business communications
We use the data because you send it to us to start a business relationship, and because we have a legitimate interest in managing our dealer network. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
4. Service providers and transfers
- Google LLC (Google Forms, Google Sheets, Gmail): stores dealer applications and sends our emails.
- NAVER Cloud / NAVER WORKS: our company email service for sales@nextaoi.com.
- Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting and security.
- Netlify, Inc.: stores software trial requests (the nextaoi.com trial request system).
- GitHub, Inc.: hosts the trial installer file you download.
These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and the Republic of Korea.
5. How long we keep it
Dealer application data is kept for 3 years from submission, or for as long as a dealer agreement with you is in force, whichever is longer. Trial request data is deleted once it is no longer needed for trial guidance and product updates, or when you ask us to delete it. After that we delete it unless the law requires us to keep it.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop using it, at any time by emailing sales@nextaoi.com. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
7. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date on this page.
